DIRECTIONS FOR USE :

 

Stir the container properly before use .

SOLIDS :

First Coat : Mix one part of paint with one part of HY TECH Thinner and make it thin.

Stir it well. Apply this thin coat at 2.75-3.5 kg/cm²(40-50 psi) and allow it to dry for overnight. After drying, cut it well with 400 grade paper.

 

Second Coat : The viscosity of the paint to be reduced to 18-20 seconds on ford cup b4 with HY TECH Thinner (Ratio : Thinner 30 parts  paint 100 Parts by volume). Then apply a single coat at 2.75-3.5 kg / cm² (40-50 psi) pressure.

METALLICS : The viscosity of the paint to br reduced to 18-20 seconds on ford cup b4 with HY TECH Thinner (Ratio : Thinner 35-40 parts / paint 100 parts by volume). Then apply 2-3 coats wet on wet ( within 45-60 minutes of each other) at a uniform pressure of 2.75-3.5 kg/ cm² (40-50 psi). Let it air dry up to 2 days.

TINTS  :

Tints are a concentrated form of paint. And before application they should be intermixed properly as per instructions.

Allow Paint to dry for minimum 5-6 days for Metallics & Solids. Use good quality of rubbing compound , auto cleaner and wax polish.
